Prescott, a renowned culinary master with 15 years’ experience, marked his arrival with a beautifully crafted and curated 12-course Tasting Menu launched at the hotel’s elegant dining restaurant, Tribute by Apogee, on 27 January 2022.
The 12-course Tasting Menu is a celebration of ingredients and fusion cuisine. Patrons can expect to be delighted with delectable creations on the menu such as Aged Rib Eye & Crayfish Ravioli, Springbok Cannelloni and Pickled Pineapple & Cilantro Dim Sum with Yuzu Purée.
