Bertus matriculated in 2016 and started working as an auditors clerk the next year whilst studying at UNISA. To escape the stress from work and studies he started to bake and cook from time to time. His love for cooking and baking originated when he was still in school and visited his grandparents' farm in the Free State. There was always something fun happening in the kitchen. Bertus likes to be adventurous and try new experiences and share them with others to encourage them to try them themselves.
