Born with an inherent curiosity for life, Nicole’s first word was ‘Why’. After growing up in Cape Town her curiosity saw her living in the Eastern Cape (South Africa), Taiwan and Johannesburg, interspersed with travelling to six of the seven continents. More recently, and to her utter astonishment and delight, she’s found herself settling in London. Despite her passion for travel and exploration – of new neighbourhoods, wide open spaces, galleries, markets and bric-a-brac shops - Nicole loves to nest and potter around the kitchen. She loves meeting new people and hearing their stories, cares about the environment and aspires to enrol others into doing the same. Oh, and she thinks about food, a lot.
