This delicious tropical tasting green smoothie provides a healthy sweet fix any time of the day.
Serves: 1
Preparation: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Flesh of 1 small or ½ a large avocado
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond / rice milk)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
Method
In a high speed blender add these ingredients in listed order and blend until smooth.
