[divider]Lady Pink Cocktail[/divider]

Ingredients

50 ml Cape Town Pink Lady Gin

25 ml Rosé Vermouth

20 ml Strawberry Syrup

1 Maraschino Cherry (Or Edible Flower)

Ice

 

Method

Pour gin, vermouth, and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Leave the shaker as is for 30 seconds to a minute, then strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry (the Rose Vermouth can be replaced with Rose Sparkling Wine and the strawberry syrup with any other Berry Syrup).

  

[divider]Pink Summer Cocktail[/divider]

Ingredients

50 mL Cape Town Pink Lady Gin

50 mL Cape Town Classic Dry Gin

20 mL Red Vermouth

20 mL Pineapple Syrup

20 mL Lemongrass Syrup

100 mL Indian Tonic

2 Red Birds-Eye Chillies Birds-Eye Chillies

2 Lime Slices

Ice

 

Method

Cut the two chillies into the classic gin, seal air-tight and leave to infuse overnight. Combine the pink lady gin, Vermouth and syrups in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a tall glass over ice, add a teaspoon of the chilly-infusion and stir gently. Garnish with lime and enjoy!
