One-Pan Creamy Tuscan Chicken Noodles

  • Serves: 4
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts, halved horizontally (or 4 chicken fillets)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Sauce & Noodles:

  • 2 packets newly improved MAGGI Chicken Flavoured Noodles (including seasoning sachets)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 200g baby tomatoes, halved
  • 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Method

  1. Sear the Chicken: Season the chicken breast fillets with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Build the Aromatic Base: In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the crushed garlic until fragrant. Add the baby tomatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes until they begin to soften and blister.
  3. Simmer the Creamy Sauce: Pour in the fresh cream and stir in the seasoning sachets from the MAGGI Chicken Flavoured Noodles to build a deeply rich, savory base.
  4. Cook the Noodles: Break the noodles directly into the simmering sauce. Allow them to cook for 3–4 minutes until tender, absorbing the creamy chicken flavor as they cook.
  5. Finish and Serve: Stir through the spinach and Parmesan until the greens wilt and the sauce becomes rich and glossy. Slice the chicken, return it to the pan, and garnish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan before serving immediately.
