The 12-course Tasting Menu is a celebration of ingredients and fusion cuisine.  Patrons can expect to be delighted with delectable creations on the menu such as Aged Rib Eye & Crayfish Ravioli, Springbok Cannelloni and Pickled Pineapple & Cilantro Dim Sum with Yuzu Purée.
