There are festivals, and then there is The Luxurious Marble Circus.
After two sold-out seasons that redefined South African festival experiences, The Luxurious Marble Circus returns to Ground The Venue in Muldersdrift on 26 and 27 September this year.
For two days, The Luxurious Marble Circus offers a one-of-a-kind culmination of flavour, spectacle, fashion, music, theatre and play. A place where the ordinarious becomes euphoric, where every guest arrives as themselves and leaves a little more transformed.
This is Evophoria, the theme that brings together evolution and euphoria in one glorious, sense-stirring sensation.

Together with title partner Investec, The Marble Group, G&G – The Goosebumps Company, and Grid Worldwide have created a singular festival experience, with nothing else like it in the country, and arguably the continent. An exquisitely unlikely combination of outdoor festival and luxurious fun, fine dining and frivolity, fashion and playgrounds, whimsy and culture, production dreamscapes and brand imaginariums, the Luxurious Marble Circus brings unique encounters, storytelling and brand partnerships to life in ways that extend beyond the unexpected.
At the centre of Evophoria is transformation. Not the serious kind but the sensorial kind. The kind that happens when you give yourself freedom to feel. It is the flutter in your chest when the main stage bursts to life. The delight of discovering a hidden detail. The mischief of dressing up as your most ‘youiest-you’ and the wonderment that comes with remembering that grown-ups, too, are allowed to play.
“Luxurious Marble Circus has always been designed to transport people into something out of the ordinary, but this year we wanted to give that feeling a name,” says Nathan Reddy, Founder and Chairman of Grid Worldwide. “Evophoriacaptures the metamorphosis that happens when flavour, atmosphere, music, joy and people come together in a way that feels almost impossible to describe. Every moment has been specially created with that feeling in mind.”

Food, as always, sits at the heart of the experience. This year, David Higgs and The Marble Group are dialing up the deliciousness across every festival space, with menus intentionally crafted to match the mood, flow and energy of each environment. Guests can expect more stalls and more choice at Pantry’s Playground in the Field, where al-fresco feasting meets festival ease. Think playful food, generous flavours, magical pastries inspired by Evophoria, and more ways to graze, gather and return for another bite.
For those in The Grand Dining Room and Royal Lounge, the food experience has been refined to better suit the rhythm of each space, while remaining elegant, abundant and unmistakably suited to the vibe of Marble and Saint. Guests will also be able to order from Pantry into the lounges, while two walk-up areas for canapés and finger foods will keep the revellians sustained all the way to midnight.
Both lounges offer elevated and luxurious escapes for guests who want to sip, socialise and feast with a front-row view, and new to 2026, the Imperial Terrace, inspired by Zioux, rises as a double-decker realm of exotical cocktails, Asian delights, and vibrant bars with commanding sights of the stage.

Creating moments of ‘oohs,’ ‘ahs’ and glorious goosebumps layered with sound, lighting, projection, performance and surprises designed to make guests feel like they have slipped into another dimension, the main stage once again delivers a host of theatrical performances, and dazzlifying acts by local and international artists.
Saturday leans into a more commercial, melodic and dance-forward energy, with Lost Frequencies from Belgium and local sensation, Shimza, headlining. Australian act Sxncello, Abby Nurock, DBN Gogo and a roster of Mzansi favourites also take to the stage. Sunday moves deeper into Afro-house, Afro-tech, soulful house and amapiano textures, with Shimza, DJ Kent, Chronical Deep, Scorpion Kings, Dlala Thukzin, Dwson and more creating a rich soundscape for the final day of Evophoria.
Beyond the main stage, revisiting and new brand partners will once again become part of the story. Through immersive interactions, partners are invited to flex creatively, be braver, and create the kinds of whimsical worlds that are usually left to the imagination. In addition, an all-new festival shop, The Emporium, inspires fashionable funtasy moments for dopamine, drama and delight, and a host of cheerful characters are set to be frolicking, flitting and mischief-making throughout the festival, adding another layer of magic to the weekend.

Through LMC Legacy, the festival continues its commitment to leaving a legacy beyond luxury, supporting impact initiatives across food, fashion, creativity and sustainability, with beneficiaries being woven into the very heart of the festival.
Now in its third edition, The Luxurious Marble Circus is one of the most anticipated cultural and lifestyle events on the calendar. Evophoria is coming. Tickets are vanishifying fast, and those who do not want to miss the metamorphosis should book now via Howler.
